Dictionary*says:
Characterized by careful and thorough consideration; slow, unhurried and steady; voluntary.

What it REALLY means:
Being selective in the choices you make and the actions you take; considering what is meaningful and important to you and making decisions in accordance to these priorities.

Why it MATTERS?
Being DELIBERATE keeps you on track – reaching goals quicker and feeling better about the path you are taking. DELIBERATE steps anchor you - lessening confusion and questioning while increasing momentum and motivation; increasing focus while lessening chaos.

• What situation or area of your life would benefit from DELIBERATE choices or action?
• How would being DELIBERATE feel different from now?
• What’s preventing you from being DELIBERATE?
