Career Coaching – Whether you’re dissatisfied with your current job/career and looking to make significant changes, or you enjoy your work but want more opportunities and challenges in your current professional role, Career Coaching can assist you in clarifying what you want, developing action steps to get there, and making the changes to lead to greater career satisfaction. Design your career on your terms.

Career Assessment – Whether you’re actively looking for a new job and can’t find the right fit, or you know you want to do something else professionally but are not sure how to get started, Career Assessment provides you a seven-step process that includes formal assessments; evaluation of skills, values and interests; exploration of career options; and the final step of developing an action plan to achieve your goals.

Leadership Coaching – Whether you’re already in a leadership role and want to be more effective, or are stepping in to one and want to exceed expectations, Leadership Coaching can provide support. Areas of focus may include your professional vision, producing results, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, team development and supervision and giving effective feedback.

Promotion/Transition Coaching – Whether you’ve just been promoted or hired for the biggest job of your career, Promotion/Transition Coaching can support you in making an impact and adding value as quickly as possible. This six-month program supports you in evaluating your job description and potential challenges; determining your priorities; using your strengths and resources effectively; and developing an action plan for your first year. This program also provides a sounding board for your creative ideas and a catalyst for change.

Resume and Job Search Correspondence Package – Whether you need to update or start from scratch, your final product will be a polished resume to successfully launch your job search. This package includes assessment of your skills and experience to highlight for your career goals; selection of the most appropriate resume format; and critique and editing of the written content. Advice and feedback are also provided to craft effective and compelling cover letters.

Bios and LinkedIn Profile Package – Whether you have a polished resume or cover letter in hand, you may want to expand your brand and market your accomplishments and experience through a Bio and LinkedIn profile. This package includes assessment of your talents and special achievements along with a brief review of your career trajectory. The final product is a dynamic and powerfully written bio and LinkedIn profile.

Interview Preparation Package – Whether you are concerned with how you present yourself in an interview or you don’t know how to answer those challenging questions a potential employer may ask, this package of services will increase your self-confidence and strengthen your interview and presentation skills. Through feedback, advice and mock video interviewing, you’ll gain comfort and practice in order to communicate your skills, experience and professional fit effectively. You’ll also learn how to research employers and prepare for demanding interviews.

Dissertation/Academic Coaching – Whether you’ve been struggling to complete your PhD or you’ve lost focus or motivation to write your book, Dissertation/Academic Coaching can give you the structure and support you need to arrive at graduation or publication. Focus areas may include goal setting, creating accountability, clarifying motivations, prioritizing and taking action.

Graduate and Professional School Coaching – Whether you are contemplating graduate/professional school or need advice and guidance on the application process, this package supports you in determining fit, feasibility and focus. You will receive advice on evaluation of academic programs and schools, application preparation assistance and review of resume or CV.

Graduate and Professional School Essays – Whether you are applying to professional school, Ph.D. or Masters programs, your essay will play a major role in the admissions process. This package includes assistance in clarifying your goals in pursuing advanced study; and developing, writing and editing effective and polished personal statements and essays.
